What is the Via-Verde for Immigration?

The Via-Verde (Fast-Track) for Immigration is a process that guarantees the regularisation of a foreign national in Portugal within a maximum period of 30 days.

Who can use it?

Portuguese companies in the construction, agriculture, hospitality, or other industries may use this fast-track process to regularise their workers and secure labour for their sector. To be eligible, companies must employ 150 or more workers, have a turnover exceeding €25,000,000, have no debts to the Tax Authority or Social Security, and hold a licence for the relevant activity.
